Fred Rusher died of a massive heart attack or stroke March 13,2003. He is survived by his brother and sister and wife Barbara Rodriquez. He will be missed by many. Please feel free to write your thoughts and comments here...
I am very sorry to have just learned about Fred's passing which happened a few years back. I considered Fred to be a good friend and I will always remember the times we had playing basketball together at Jaycee Park. He will certainly be missed by me at the reunion. GY
Fred always had a big grin on his face and was always calm, cool and collective. I had the pleasure of going to lunch with Fred about a year before he passed. It had been since High School that we had seen each other, and like good friends our lunch made it seem like yesterday. Rest in peace, Fred. Shoot some hoops in heaven and rest assured the skies are Carolina Blue.
Fred was the coolest guy I have ever met. I met his father and he was the spitting image of him. I remember how we used to clown so bad in Mrs. Closs' class. He will be missed and never forgotten.
